Keely is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business development, analytics, and relationship management within the commercial real estate sector. As the former Managing Director at TI Solutions, she played a pivotal role in shaping the company's strategy, overseeing its relationships with leading real estate services firms, and working closely with tenants and landlords to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes. Her collaboration with commercial real estate brokers on lease transactions of varying sizes has provided her with a deep understanding of the leasing and capital markets. Before her tenure at TI Solutions, Keely honed her skills at Friedman Equities, where she further developed her expertise in commercial leasing. Keely serves on the board of the charitable foundation Kids in the Game. She holds a degree from Fordham University (2011).

Scott Mannes

Scott was previously an Advisor of TI Solutions, where he oversaw both origination and capital markets divisions. Prior to joining TI Solutions, Scott was a founder of the Norseman Group, a credit-based lender to landlords. Scott was the Co-President of Conti Financial, a NYSE Company, where he focused on the origination and securitization of residential and commercial real estate loans — approximately $1 billion per month — and established one of the first commercial mortgage loan conduits. Prior to Conti Financial, Scott was an Assistant Vice-President at Financial Guaranty Insurance, instrumental in developing the first financial guaranties used in structured financings. Scott has public company and charitable organization board experience with AMAC and Birch Family Services. He holds an MPA from Rockefeller School at the University of Albany (1984) and a BA from the University of Albany (1981).

Gerry Krell

Gerry brings decades of commercial real estate origination experience to Dolfin. He remains a valued member of Altman Warwick/ABS-Altman Warwick, a leading New York-based firm specializing in the financing of commercial properties throughout the United States. Gerry was also the founder of the Realco Group, a full-service real estate and management firm serving Metro New York and upstate New York. Since its inception in 1975, the Realco Group was a dominant force in commercial leasing and investment sales, exclusively representing retailers including Office Max, Trader Joe's, and Kings Supermarkets. Gerry has extensive experience in investment sales, 1031 tax-free exchange transactions, asset management, and the development and ownership of commercial properties. He is a graduate of C.C.N.Y. and a member of I.C.S.C. and The Retail Network.

Chris Menard

Chris is Managing Director of Originations, responsible for sourcing, originating, underwriting, and structuring leasehold improvement loans for creditworthy landlords and tenants. With a career dedicated entirely to commercial real estate, he brings extensive expertise in real estate credit, brokerage, and investment analysis. Previously, Chris served as an Asset Manager at Monticello Asset Management, managing a $1+ billion portfolio of multifamily and healthcare bridge debt investments. Before that, he was with CBRE, leading business development initiatives and advising institutional landlords and tenants on office, life science, and retail space transactions across the U.S. He holds a Master's in Real Estate with a concentration in Finance & Investment from New York University and a BA in International Business & Management from Dickinson College.

Kuba Witczak

Kuba is an Associate on Dolfin's Origination team, responsible for sourcing, underwriting, and structuring unsecured tenant improvement and equipment financing solutions for creditworthy corporate tenants and landlords. Before joining Dolfin, Kuba served as an Associate Vice President at Guidepoint, a global expert network serving institutional investors, private equity firms, hedge funds, and venture capital funds. Earlier in his career, he was with Immersive Labs, supporting enterprise clients across North America in the cybersecurity software sector. Kuba holds a BA in Economics with minors in Finance and Entrepreneurship from Tufts University.
