Her leadership has been instrumental in establishing Dolfin Partners as a trusted financing partner for corporate clients, developers, landlords, tenants, and investors seeking customized capital solutions beyond traditional lending channels.With more than a decade of experience spanning commercial real estate, business development, capital formation, and transaction execution, Keely possesses a deep understanding of the leasing, financing, and investment landscape. She has worked extensively alongside leading commercial real estate brokerage firms, institutional owners, developers, and corporate occupiers, helping clients navigate complex transactions and achieve strategic objectives. Prior to co-founding Dolfin Partners, Keely served as Managing Director at TI Solutions, where she played a pivotal role in driving the firm's growth strategy and overseeing relationships with many of the industry's leading real estate services firms. In that role, she advised tenants and landlords on lease-related transactions and capital planning initiatives across a broad spectrum of property types and transaction sizes. Earlier in her career, Keely held positions at Friedman Equities, where she further developed her expertise in commercial leasing, tenant representation, and real estate advisory services. Beyond her professional endeavors, Keely serves on the Board of Directors of Kids in the Game, a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering youth through sports, mentorship, and educational programming. Keely earned her bachelor's degree from Fordham University in 2011 and remains passionate about entrepreneurship, diversity within financial services, and expanding access to innovative capital solutions for businesses and investors alike.

Scott Mannes is the Co-Founder of Dolfin Partners, where he leads the firm's strategic financing initiatives, capital markets activities, and transaction execution across commercial real estate, specialty finance, infrastructure, and corporate capital solutions. Over the course of a distinguished career spanning more than four decades, Scott has established himself as a pioneer in structured finance, securitization, and alternative credit markets. His experience spans the full spectrum of capital formation, lending, structured products, and institutional finance, providing Dolfin Partners with deep expertise in designing and executing complex financing solutions for corporate and institutional clients. Prior to co-founding Dolfin Partners, Scott served as an Advisor to TI Solutions, where he oversaw both the origination and capital markets divisions, helping structure and execute customized financing solutions across a diverse range of asset classes and transaction types.Earlier in his career, Scott founded The Norseman Group, a specialty credit platform focused on providing financing solutions to commercial real estate owners and landlords. He also served as Co-President of Conti Financial Corporation (NYSE), where he was responsible for the origination, aggregation, and securitization of residential and commercial real estate loans. During his tenure, the company originated approximately $1 billion of loans per month and became one of the early innovators in commercial mortgage securitization, including the development of one of the industry's first commercial mortgage conduit platforms.Prior to Conti Financial, Scott served as Assistant Vice President at Financial Guaranty Insurance Company (FGIC), where he played an instrumental role in the development and implementation of some of the earliest financial guaranty structures utilized in the structured finance market. His work contributed to the evolution of credit enhancement techniques that would become foundational to modern securitization and capital markets transactions. In addition to his operating and investment experience, Scott has served on both public company and nonprofit boards, including AMAC and Birch Family Services, providing governance, strategic oversight, and organizational leadership across a variety of institutions. Scott earned a Master of Public Administration from the Rockefeller College of Public Affairs & Policy at the University at Albany and a Bachelor of Arts from the University at Albany.

Raveche is Partner and Head of Capital Markets & Investor Relations at Dolfin Partners, where he leads the firm's capital formation strategy, institutional investor relationships, strategic financing initiatives, and capital markets activities. He is responsible for expanding the firm's institutional investor network and developing financing solutions across specialty finance, private credit, commercial real estate, infrastructure, and structured capital markets. John brings more than 20 years of experience across global fixed income, structured credit, public and private credit markets, and institutional capital markets. Throughout his career, he has successfully built and scaled institutional client franchises, originated complex financing transactions, and advised many of the world's largest asset managers, hedge funds, pension funds, insurance companies, banks, and family offices across multiple market cycles. Over the course of his career, John has held senior leadership positions at several of the world's premier financial institutions, including UBS, Barclays, Deutsche Bank, Nomura Securities, and Trumid. At Deutsche Bank, he led the firm's Hedge Fund Sales business, overseeing relationships with many of the world's leading alternative asset managers and institutional investors while helping drive franchise growth across global credit markets. At UBS, he held senior relationship management responsibilities, advising key institutional clients across fixed income and credit markets while helping drive strategic client engagement, franchise growth, and institutional market share expansion. As Partner and Head of Business Development at Trumid, he played a key role in expanding the firm's institutional footprint, deepening client engagement, and accelerating growth across one of the industry's leading electronic fixed income trading platforms. Throughout his career, John has advised many of the world's largest and most sophisticated institutional investors, maintaining long-standing relationships across the asset management, hedge fund, pension, insurance, banking, and family office communities. John has a demonstrated track record of building high-performing teams, expanding market share, strengthening executive-level client relationships, and delivering sustained revenue growth across diverse market environments. His expertise spans fixed income sales and trading, structured credit, private credit, capital formation, institutional relationship management, and strategic business development. In addition to his institutional capital markets experience, John has been actively involved in capital formation, strategic advisory, and growth initiatives across private credit, specialty finance, and alternative investment platforms. He has partnered with founders, executive teams, and institutional investors to structure financing solutions, raise growth capital, and accelerate business expansion. His experience includes successful investments, strategic transactions, and advisory engagements that have generated realized outcomes ranging from multiple invested capital to more than 10x invested capital. Prior to his career on Wall Street, John graduated from Princeton University, where he was an All-Ivy League football player and recipient of the prestigious Charles W. With a career dedicated to commercial real estate finance and investment, Chris brings extensive experience in credit underwriting, asset management, transaction structuring, and institutional advisory services. He works closely with clients to identify capital-efficient financing solutions that enhance liquidity, optimize balance sheets, and support long-term strategic growth objectives. Prior to joining Dolfin Partners, Chris served as an Asset Manager at Monticello Asset Management, where he was responsible for managing a portfolio exceeding $1 billion of multifamily and healthcare bridge debt investments. In that role, he oversaw credit performance, portfolio risk management, investment analysis, and borrower relationships across a diverse portfolio of institutional real estate assets. Earlier in his career, Chris was with CBRE, where he led business development initiatives and advised institutional landlords, corporate occupiers, and investors on complex office, life science, and retail transactions throughout the United States. His experience working alongside many of the industry's leading owners, operators, and advisory firms provided him with a deep understanding of both real estate fundamentals and capital markets dynamics.Chris combines institutional investment discipline with transaction execution expertise, allowing him to structure creative financing solutions that address the evolving needs of corporate and real estate clients. His experience across brokerage, lending, asset management, and capital structuring provides a unique perspective on the intersection of commercial real estate and alternative finance. Prior to his career in commercial real estate, Chris was a standout collegiate athlete and leader at Dickinson College, where he served as Team Co-Captain of the NCAA Division III Men's Lacrosse team. Gerry brings decades of commercial real estate origination experience to Dolfin. He remains a valued member of Altman Warwick/ABS-Altman Warwick, a leading New York-based firm specializing in the financing of commercial properties throughout the United States. Gerry was also the founder of the Realco Group, a full-service real estate and management firm serving Metro New York and upstate New York. Since its inception in 1975, the Realco Group was a dominant force in commercial leasing and investment sales, exclusively representing retailers including Office Max, Trader Joe's, and Kings Supermarkets. Gerry has extensive experience in investment sales, 1031 tax-free exchange transactions, asset management, and the development and ownership of commercial properties. He is a graduate of C.C.N.Y. and a member of I.C.S.C. and The Retail Network.

Earlier in his career, he was with Immersive Labs, supporting enterprise clients across North America in the cybersecurity software sector. Kuba holds a BA in Economics with minors in Finance and Entrepreneurship from Tufts University.
